Cities Try to Thwart State’s Push for More Housing

Chris Kramer’s Comments:

SB9 is a hot subject right now for cities across California. It has been getting a lot of attention from the Seaside City Council. Due to the statewide housing shortage crisis, the state has been trying to incentivize home building and development by the cities for many years.
