The Tenant-Landlord Coalition (TLC) exists to educate the public and advocate for a robust rental housing environment in which renters and property owners mutually benefit from housing that is not burdened with policies and regulations that increase costs, limit availability, or worsen the quality of rental housing in Monterey County.

The Tenant-Landlord Coalition (TLC) exists to educate the public and advocate for a robust rental housing environment in which renters and property owners mutually benefit from housing that is not burdened with policies and regulations that increase costs, limit availability, or worsen the quality of rental housing in Monterey County.
Formed in 2023, the Tenant-Landlord Coalition (TLC) is a growing group of concerned citizens seeking to promote the mutually beneficial exchange between renters and property owners with a minimal and limited amount of government intervention. The group is comprised of both tenants and landlords who recognize the negative effects of rental registries, rent stabilization, rent control and how it diminishes the availability of suitable and affordable housing for both renters and buyers.

The address for London Bridge Pub is 256 Figueroa St in Monterey, CA, on Wharf #2. We will likely be in the back room. We will socialize for around 15 or 20 minutes before the talk begins. Attendees are encouraged to arrive at 5:30pm, as early as possible in order to get food/beverage orders in and seating arranged so that the speaker can begin promptly.

LPMC has an event almost every month. If you appreciate our events & advocacy for liberty in the community, then consider paying annual dues of $25. Dues also support the party at the state level. But we want our friends of liberty to attend, dues or not. Dues help, but so does your attendance and participation.
